Good Points

Quite a few features. Really good for games and music.
Striking appearance. People will notice it.


Bad Points

Battery life is about the usual for SE phones, 2 days max. 1 day if you actually use it. I have never been able to get the email function to work. Menus are more complicated than they need to be. Will not play WMA files at all, although it is supposed to.


General Comments

If games and music are important to you then the Sony Ericsson W550i is not a bad phone. Some of the software is getting a bit dated so things like mp4 will be a problem. I have heard of people having problems with the bluetooth and software crashes but I personally have never had these problems. I marked down that I wouldn't recommend this phone to a friend because there are better phones out there. I don't regret getting this phone but I wouldn't get another one.
