Can't think of anything good to say.
Customer service, and the form of adding interest.
I have spent a frustrating year since I had my purse stolen in Italy last September (2005). I notified Halifax immediately, and they reassured me that my account would be safe. I received my next statement with two payments added after the credit card was notified as stolen. I have been promised on a number of occasions that it was being dealt with. I have still had no refund to my account, and interest is consistently applied to these fraudulent amounts each month.
Each time I end up speaking to someone different. Never again! What a shame they don't invest some of their enormous Advertising budget into Customer Service! It's no good getting new customers if they can't provide the service to keep them.
