I found it very informative and helpful

You do need to be well organised

General Comments

I have done this twice and felt brilliant afterwards I dropped a dress size, and I have loads of energy. Believe me, if I can do the Carol Vorderman Detox for Life 28 Day Detox Diet and Beyond so can you! I have five kids and two jobs. It is really worth it.
