Low cost service with some free 0800 numbers, Roaming, mobile email and free voicemail. Better customer service than one2one.
Mobile email service can be unreliable. Lower number of roaming countrys than other networks, no international SMS.
I've used one2one since 1994 and have to admit to not having any real problems with coverage since I live in the South East. (One2one have the smallest coverage of the main 4 networks). Virgin mobile run their virtual network using one2one's "real" network, however they seem to manage to provide a slightly higher level of customer service. Having said that, not all their services work reliably yet and setting up voicemail can be a problem with some phones. Coverage is the same as one2one, can be very good if you're in the coverage area, however non existent in others. Very good value if you use the phone during the daytime.
