They answered the phone


Bad Points

No letters received of none payment. They have a contact number for me, but they didn't contact me


General Comments

I set up a payment to them. They say that the payment wasn't received in May 2006 due to a change of card. The card was changed in March 2006, but payment was given in March and April through this new card, but not in May apparently. No letters have been received, and they didn't phone me, even though they asked for a contact number.
