Great choice of games - over 2000 to choose from.
Easy site to navigate.
Got my first choice game every time.
Easy to reach. Have telephoned and emailed them, and I always got a reply within minutes of emails.
Has games for the Nintendo consoles, as well as the PS2 and Xbox.
None so far.
Having joined Boomerang and SwapGame in the past, I was a little dubious of GamersState. But a free trial is a free trial, so I signed up. I got my first game (the top on my list) the next day (I signed up at about 3pm.) I was inevitably impressed from then; more so as I was given the top game on my list, which is something that SwapGame failed to do on every given chance.
I was emailed by the site (GamersState) as my trial was closing just to remind me that my free time was coming to an end and to thank me in advance if I was going to continue. This was a nice touch, as the aforementioned companies sent a similar email, but it was obviously a standard email sent to everyone. The GamersState one seemed to be a bit more personal.
I decided to carry on and sent the game back. I was then mailed back the next game on my list. Top games twice in a row!!?? Almost unheard of!
All in all, a pleasant experience so far. I have had no major issues for their team to deal with, as everything is running smoothly.
