Complaints are replied to quickly, as long as you don't use the complaints address (try info address instead).
The games don't show up! It says on the website they should be with you within 2 days. It took them five to even get around to posting one of the TEN possible selections I made. It is now nine days in, and it hadn't arrived this morning, nor does it appear they've got around to sending the second game.
I've been in constant contact through e-mail, and while they did get back to me, it certainly didn't speed the process up. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I can't escape the feeling that it's more likely that the Flirt Rental Game Rental service is just rubbish.
