General Comments
I would have liked the EKS Electronic Stainless Steel kitchen scales better if it didn't keep switching itself off, and if it used normal AA batteries. It switched itself off on a timer to save battery power, but it seemed to be based on when it was switched on rather the last time the weight changed. The result was that it often switched itself off in the middle of a complicated multiple weighing, which was extremely annoying. It used expensive button cell batteries. When the batteries were replaced the scales stopped working altogether - just read 'Err'. This was only after about 2 years.

Further to my previous review - I emailed EKS customer service with my complaint and they have since replaced the scales at no charge and fairly quickly, which is good.
