A very easy phone call, 'real' operator, just needed to quote reg so didn't need to quote policy no, etc. Received a detailed confirmation text message with a couple of minutes.
Bad Points
None we could find, worked fine for us, but do bear in mind that with sources like this is, that you'll generally only hear about the bad stuff and rarely the good stuff.
General Comments
Flew back in to Bournemouth Airport last night to discover car had a flat battery (courtesy light left on...zzz), 20:00 Saturday. Made a quick phone call to Direct Line Breakdown Cover and was promised someone would be there in the hour. 2 mins later received follow up SMS confirming the above with name of the garage service. 25 mins later we were on our way!
Very impressed, would recommend to anyone.
