I've had the Toshiba Satellite A30-203 laptop for about 2 and a half years, and it has broken down at least 6 times, and at the moment it is broken. I have paid almost half the price of the actual laptop on repairs. OVER HEATING, POOR GRAPHICS AND OVER PRICED FOR ITS POOR QUALITY OF EVERYTHING.

1. May 2005, not booting into Windows, reinstalled
2. June 2005, not booting into Windows, replaced drive to Toshiba
3. September 2005, not booting into Windows, reinstalled
4. March 2006, not booting into Windows, returned and replaced drive
5. May 2006, not booting into Windows, returned to Teleplan
6. September 2006 not booting into Windows (not fixed yet)

I have read the reviews and I am not surprised at what they say. I am at my GCSE's and I have lost enough coursework for two people.

    With my Toshiba Satellite A30-203 laptop I am having similar problems with overheating and HDD, and I would not recommend this model. The problem with overheating and the noise of the fans is too annoying.
