When I first signed up with them I was very impressed with the overall service. I took advantage of their immobiliser fitting service, and I opted for the Taurus system (which has never let me down). I've also had to contact Carole Nash Motorcycle insurance to use their recovery service once when my clutch cable snapped, and the guys who came out (I can't remember their name) were pretty good. I haven't had any cause to use them in the last year or so, but a couple of my mates seem to think that the levels of customer service has gone downhill a bit of late.
