Good Points

I am unable to determine any good points because I have not had a functioning Road Angel Plus since purchase on 19/08/2006.


General Comments

My Road Angel Plus has been replaced twice, date of last replacement: 03/10/2006, not functioning! Road Angel Products have a good reputation, but they have problems with the Road Angel Plus and are totally mismanaging the situation. They have a customer database! Why are they not contacting all customers and explaining the situation? If they have problems with their new product release, are they going to be able to offer the required back up?
