Good Points

Slick advertising, easy to download and install.


Bad Points

Does not do what it states, and did not get rid of Virus Burst, although when I was searching it stated that it did.

Emailed the company three times so far over the space of a week, but still no reply.


General Comments

Companies such as this should take note that when people have a problem with their computer they expect that this is resolved as soon as possible, but to keep someone waiting after a week is unacceptable.

How about I use your product for a week and then pay you, would that be acceptable? I don't think so! They were quick enough to take my money, so they should be able to respond and assist users of their ParetLogic XoftSpy anti-spyware software accordingly.
