Good Points

The staff in the call centre are very friendly and appear to be helpful.
The guaranteed car hire company couldn't have been more helpful.


Bad Points

Making you use a bad repair centre - do not seem to be at all proactive in trying to get my £400 back from the person who reversed into my car. - no correspondence - have to keep ringing them - not interested in the fact that garage are ripping them off. Guaranteed car hire is only valid 2 weeks - car takes 3 weeks to be repaired.


General Comments

The repair centre told me my car would be ready in 7 - 10 days (very small dent in bonnet) - It actually took 20 days. They say repairs are guaranteed for 5 years, but won't confirm what has been replaced. They did replace my number plate, which was not damaged, and they replaced it with one advertising their own centre - not a good advert if you're trying to sell the car. In conversation they also mentioned parts they were waiting for which included a headlight - definitely not required (I had previously had quotes from two local garages including main dealer). When I phoned Privilege car insurance after, they did not seem interested. Also, they do not seem to be at all proactive in trying to get my £400 back from the person who reversed into my car. I have had no correspondence and I have to keep ringing them - nice lady says sorry we haven't heard anything yet! Would not recommend.
