Good Points
They phoned one day in advance to confirm delivery
They phoned on the morning of delivery
Their staff were excellent
Delivered exactly when they said they would

General Comments
I ordered a big TV from Amazon. Amazon used Expert Logistics to deliver the TV.



Expert Logistics phoned the day before to say it would be delivered the next day in the afternoon.



On the morning of the day the delivery was due, they phoned again to say it would be here at 4pm. Very close to 4pm the doorbell went and there they were.



Perfect! 10 out of 10, and exactly the way it should be done.



They were nice guys, and they even carried the TV upstairs, which was a great help.
