Good Points

Nice pool for babies, children and adults.
Enthusiastic entertainment team, who try to make as much of the situation.


Bad Points

Everything other than the pool was dire. The customer service, the rooms, the presentation of the buildings, the resort and the location. However, you get what you pay for, so if you're not paying much, that is because there is not much to pay for!


General Comments

I read all the reviews of people who return year after year, and I am at a loss in understanding why? I trusted the reviews and thought I would give it a go. However, the holiday was a nightmare. I am 24 and went with my partner, 1 child and 1 baby. The children loved it undeniably, but that was only because of the pool.

The food is disgusting, lunch is left out and then reserved as dinner. No joke. Everyone I spoke to agreed. The food is as watered down as the alcohol! Honest. I can not describe how horrid the food was, there are no words!
The staff, especially in reception, were brief and unhelpful. The entertainment team do their best, considering it is so under funded.

This place really isn't worth the 'saving' you think you will be getting.
