Company has recently gone into administration - with our £1500 deposit. Have nothing to show for it except the bomb site that would have been our old kitchen.

General Comments

We understand that a new Company, Infinity Kitchens, may be honouring the promise. Although we are very sceptical, as the same director runs Infinity that previously ran Di Lusso fitted kitchen, and I have been told that numerous members of personnel are exactly the same and they run out of the exact same premises and show rooms. We still hope this is all above board, but it is looking increasingly unlikely. Into the bargain, the contact numbers for Infinity Kitchens did not work. Feel free to contact me if you want to enquire about the status of my kitchen. At this moment I would say do not ever buy from any company with any links with either Di Lusso, Infinity or the personnel, whose names I will happily pass on to you.

Since posting this review, we were (again) approached by Infinity. This time, they had a deal for us which was far more secure (payment plan via GE Capital). Eventually, we decided to go with them and take the chance that they would deliver on our original promise.

The customer service (from that point on) was exceptional - with daily phone calls to check everything was going well. Fitting took 3 days, and we now have a beautiful new kitchen.

Obviously, the initial problems with Di Lusso cannot be forgotten about, but Infinity certainly did their best to make things right. If they carry on with their new customers in the same manner, I can imagine they will become a very popular company.

    Hi,
Just had a quote from Infinity Kitchens. We were very impressed, as the guy seemed to know his stuff, and his presentation was very impressive. We are thinking of going ahead with them. Can you please give an update on your kitchen?

    Many thanks

    Hi

Our kitchen has been completed and is lovely. They were very good, but I cannot say whether they went all out for us because of the circumstances. If they deliver in the same way as they did for us you will be impressed - however - make sure you pay either by credit card or via a payment plan!!!!

They have a reputation to repair, so they may be great - but you should be aware that (I understand) there were quite a few customer complaints about the original Company delivering their promises before the administration issue. We do have a very nice, good quality kitchen now.

We have had a kitchen, which they started fitting in December, and it still hasn't been completed!!! 5 months and the clock is still ticking. Communication between the customer service and fitting teams is abysmal. They have been to our house on about 6 separate occasions, and continually manage to cock up the whole thing - its laughable really. What contact names do you have?? They are refusing to put me through to the organ grinder. Please can you let me know via the Review Centre forum, and I can then leave my email address.
