Hidden charges in mobile contracts
Customer service is in limited time and with long delays
National rate number for customer service
They have got the cheapest deal on the market. However, there are hidden charges, expensive and poor customer service. For a contract mobile customer it's really hard to know the daily usage, as Fresh do not update the website regularly. For some unknown reason they like to bill themselves for phone usage, and when you contact the network they simply refuse to help, and they ask the customer to contact Carphone Warehouse, which is only open until 8pm.
