Furniture would be great if it wasn't damaged!
Bad Points
Appalling customer service - don't waste your time (which will be considerable) or your money.
General Comments
This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever come across and I will never order from The Cotswold Company again. They delivered damaged goods and it has taken numerous phone calls to get a new delivery date. Even now we're not confident this will happen as they consistently get dates and times mixed up. They never call back and you have to constantly chase them for a response. We used their mail order company and are left totally frustrated.
