Waitrose need to have a better dedicated website just for the internet. They offer reasonable broadband access, and the helpline is good, but you tend to need it initially, as instructions on getting connected are not clear. Navigating around the site is difficult, as it is hard to get into the system as distinguished from the shopping bit.
