General Comments

We arrived at 11pm, and we were told had to pay, as the all inclusive had stopped at 11pm. We were put in a self catering room, even though we were all inclusive, and the rooms furniture was falling apart. Our shower curtain was held up by three pegs (although we were told we had a bath), and the room was overall disgusting. We were moved to an all inclusive room the following day after complaining, and it was not too bad, but it definitely wasn't 5*.

There was one inclusive restaurant at the Creative Grand Sharm Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, which only served food at certain times of the day, and all pool bar food was chargeable! The restaurant tables were never cleaned, and if you used a table someone else had used, you just got new cutlery as well as the persons before stains and crumbs!

After talking to many different people I realized we were not the only unhappy people there.

Two days before leaving the pool was tested, and it was found to be dirty, so we were unable to use the pool for nearly one whole day as they had to clean it.
