Good Points

Beautiful big pool, always clean. Our apartment had a large balcony with pool and sea view. The owner is a great guy. Reasonably priced bar food and drinks. An egg and bacon toastie for breakfast was 2.50 Euros, and a pint of orange juice was 1.50 Euros. I highly recommend the Chocolate Milkshakes (2 Euros)!


Bad Points

The bathroom was a wet room, so everything in it got soaked whenever you used the shower. Some basic items weren't provided: bath mat, towels, tea-towel and washing up sponge, and a blanket for the bed, as it was cold in the mornings. Very limited amount of glasses and plates etc.


General Comments

I was completely shocked after reading the other review. My friend and I had a fantastic holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend staying at the Angelina to anyone.

The rooms were cleaned every other day, and although they lacked some basic items, they were spacious and well maintained. No-one staying in the week we were there mentioned anything to do with a sewage smell, and we thought the cockerel crowing was quite funny. Yes, music plays from about 11am every day, but come on, it's a Club 18-30 holiday!! The owner didn't mind playing our own CD's on his player when we got a bit bored of his. All rooms at the Angelina Studios were checked before departure for damages, but if you don't damage anything you have nothing to worry about. Some friends we made who didn't have a pool at their accommodation in Kardamena, came to our pool for a couple of days, and they were welcomed with no problem or charge.

The main nightlife was a very short walk away (approximately 4 minutes, and 6 minutes to the beach). Any nearer and you wouldn't get a sea view from the balcony.
