Looks great (iPod like)

Dual screen, also protected by clamshell design

Bad Points
Slightly dated graphics. I think they are slightly better than the N64, but not quite GameCube standards.
General Comments
The Nintendio DS Lite is great! It has great games, it's very original, and it's not just for kids, as I once said in my PSP review. It is marketed for 18 - 34 year olds, which it pulls off, and it looks very cool. I am 24, and I'm not embarrassed by owning one. Although with the original DS I might have been. My girlfriend really loves it, and very soon I will get her one, as the multiplayer games are great. I feel now that the DS is the better machine. It's better because it's not trying to be anything other than a handheld games machine. And while I love the PSP, I feel it's trying to be too many things at once. Sony should have focused on its main purpose more (games).
Graphics on the DS are great for a handheld, and although slightly dated, I think somewhere between N64 and the GameCube, and even as a PSP owner I can tell you the DS graphics aren't bad at all. Sound is good, but nowhere near the PSP's sound quality. If you want an all round machine (Games, MP3 and Video etc) go for the PSP. It's good at them all, but not excellent at any of them. If you just want a games machine, then the DS Lite is the best. It's a truly excellent handheld.
