No VAT invoices, and no response from e-mails relating to this.
General Comments
Whatever money was saved has been lost by the amount of time-wasting. I have lodged an official complaint with the Customs & Excise Office over their refusal to issue VAT invoices, although they charge an amount purporting to VAT.
