Huge selection of weird and wonderful PC cases.
They don't reply to emails.
They changed my order, and they haven't completed it.
I ordered an Aspire Q-Base with Extra power cables and extensions from X-Case. I received a phone call saying they had none in stock, and it would be delivered on Thursday. Two weeks later they had not dispatched it. I emailed them and eventually received an email offering me another case, which was "basically the same with a better PSU". When it arrived they hadn't sent the extra cables I had ordered, and the case was of a very different quality. This one was actually cheaper, so I asked if I could have a refund for the difference. They agreed, but it never arrived. I have emailed them several times about the extra cables (which I have paid for), but I have received no response. When I called I was put on hold for 30 minutes and the phone line went dead.
