The website doesn't do postcode recognition which would be handy, but they have told me that they will be adding this.


General Comments

I have found this company to be excellent value for money and reliable. I have used them about 40 times for my UK deliveries, and I have so far had no problems. I usually like to speak to a human, so I was a bit dismayed when I saw the website had no phone number. I emailed in to Parcel Fusion requesting a telephone number, and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a very nice fellow who answered all my queries regarding the service. He also gave me a telephone number, so I can ring them if anything goes wrong.

The parcels are sent with TNT who are a fantastic carrier, and so far I have had no problems.
