Good Points

They picked the parcel up on time.


Bad Points

They don't deliver on time.
They have become more expensive than Parcel Force.
They do not email you back.
No contact telephone number.


General Comments

Poor customer service, and they are more expensive than most now. I ordered a next day delivery that took a week to get to it's destination, even though the full address including post code + telephone number was given. No refund given. No contact number, so when problems arise you have to email them with mostly no reply. Although I have found a contact number through their .com whois.

I will never use them again.
