No cot for baby
No help from staff when apartment broken into
Staff did not speak English, but I speak Spanish.
General Comments
I was appalled at the lack of staff. I saw gardeners and cleaners. Staff, when located at the nearby Green Park Hotel, did not understand even the basic request in English, so it is just as well I speak Spanish.
When the apartment was broken into, no offer of help was given, no reassurance, no suggestion that we move apartment and no offer of help contacting the police.
