You can speak to a person.

For about two years now I have booked with online travel sites. Maybe I am unlucky but I have had problems on every online booking. Where it all goes wrong is when you can't contact anyone or you end up speaking to customer service call centres in another country who don't understand you. I have two examples of why I rate Dialaflight.
1) I missed my flight to New York a few months ago due to a hold up on the motorway, the airline didn't want to know. I called Dialaflight, who I had booked with, and within 5 minutes they got me on another flight going a couple of hours later at no more cost to me.
2) I was travelling out to my daughter's wedding on the Thursday in August when the new security measures were introduced, so my flight was cancelled and I could not get near the airline desk to rebook. Again a quick call to Dialaflight and they got me on another flight in the space of a few minutes. Relatives had booked with online companies and they could not get through. By the time they got to the airline desk, all the later flights were full. One thing I have learned, when you travel, things go wrong. I want the back-up in the future to be able to speak to someone to sort things out. Plus I now don't spend hours searching through websites and I make just one call which always seems to get answered straight away.
