Everything
The car was battered and bashed, with things falling off and it was dirty. We complained and we were given another car. This was much better, but we feel this was only as a policeman was listening when we complained. The next car was better, but it still needed cleaning. We complained on our return and got compensation of £12.00, which is laughable. But it is their loss, as we shall not be using them again.
