General Comments

Measurements were poorly done by The Bridal House, they were written down incorrectly, shoddy workmanship of bridesmaid dresses, and overcharged on alteration costs with no apologies for bad service.

Generally poor service considering they want large deposits upfront. No effort to offer compensation or refund when they gets things wrong. They have you over a barrel.
