Bad Points

No digital viewfinder, permanent RAM, flash yellows pictures, quality is mediocre at best

General Comments

Make no mistake, this is purely a toy. But what a toy! It takes something like 155 pictures in its best quality, the battery lasts ages (AAA) and is just so cool. It is very sturdy and pretty simple to use. Hell, it even takes video clips and doubles as a webcam! It will never replace a good digital camera, BUT it will replace your cheap disposable snapshot cameras that get expensive. I keep mine in my pocket (about the size of a box of tic-tacs) for whenever I see something and I just "wish I had a camera". Would be PERFECT at marti-gras...

This is the best value for money item you'll ever buy in your life, it's fun too... Good picture quality considering it's a VGA resolution camera.

I bought one of these a few months ago, and sent it back because the image quality was so poor, and the macro mode simply unuseable. I thought it might have been a fault with that particular example, but the replacement I received was equally shocking. Even as a 0.3 megapixel fun camera, the image quality should be twice as good. My brother has a Che-ez Moni-Me which takes excellent shots with the same resolution sensor, so I think it's a fault with the model. I think they ought to put more effort into getting it to perform well, rather than making it look good on paper by giving it loads of memory.
