Only one good point - the existing Manager, but he is now leaving!
Uncontactable.
Call centre staff have no idea.
Expensive.
I have been banking with HSBC for several years now, and I have found them to be one of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. My Manager is exceptional, but he is now leaving. I have been using the NEW security device, which is a joke, as you need to keep it with you, and as such it keeps breaking as it is not robust enough. When it breaks no one in India can assist you in getting another one, and when you have received a replacement it is like contacting the Queen to get it working again, which is similar to trying to contact my branch! I have banked with NatWest and Barclays, and I can honestly say that HSBC have been the worse, despite all the attempts to put matters right by my Manager, he will be sadly missed.
