Where should I start


General Comments

I signed up for a free 2 week trial, after 4 days I had not received a single DVD and I had signed up for 3. So I cancelled, 2 weeks later I received a email saying I was being charged £13.75 for DVDs I had not even had, I had to ring my credit card up straight away to cancel my card before they could take any money off it keep well away from this company.

    I'm having a similar difficulty with this company as yourself Sharon. I am considering stopping my payment card before they attempt to charge me for supplying nothing. Did you get any further hassle from this company when you stopped payment?
