I guess it worked.
Paying to other bank accounts.
Took for ever to sign up.
Security entry is annoying.
I am truly amazed how NatWest stays in business. They take 2 - 3 weeks to do something that takes anyone else 1 - 2 days. I'm moving bank. For those who like NatWest, it must be that they haven't tried anyone else.
