Updated plane with new business class seats
Service from KL to Amsterdam was not as good as the service from Auckland to KL
Overall a very pleasant experience with Malaysian Airlines despite very long flights. I did notice that the service from KL to Europe was not as good as from Auckland or to Auckland from KL. This may be due to numbers of passengers and numbers of crew to attend to them.
The experience was way better than economy and in my opinion worth the extra money.
