Good Points

you are able to set up your own button shortcuts.
Quite small and slick looking.


Bad Points

locks up all the time, turns itself off, the charger input to the phone is very flimsey and will probably snap (mine did). The phone face scratches really easily. Battery life poor. An alarm clock with no snooze capability.


General Comments

I have had such frustrations with the Philips Fisio 820 ever since I got it and I have finally sent it back to Philips demanding a replacement. I found some reviews on this phone quite promising, however now I wish I had looked further. Philips have informed me that they are low on stock at the minute but will deal with me ASAP, it's now been a week so I'll give it another couple of days. I keep my fingers crossed that they will replace my mobile with something that works. At the minute I am looking on the bright side in that at least my bills are low, the phone became such a chore to use with it's unreliability that I rarely used it.
