We handed over quite a large sum of money to Di Lusso Kitchens around a month ago. We heard absolutely nothing about when our kitchen was arriving, so over the past few days we have tried to get in touch with them, only to find, the numbers we had were disconnected, and half of them just rang out with no answer. Our salesman Phil Walker, got in touch with us yesterday, out of the blue to tell us that Di Lusso has gone into liquidation. We have no idea if we can reclaim any money, and have another number for a guy called Steve, who is no help what so ever. We are currently getting information from Trading Standards.
