Approved Car Finance got me down there promising over the phone they had the car I wanted and when I got there, they showed me three cars at random and totally different classes. The person who was leaving as I arrived had become aggressive towards the team. Now I am not an aggressive person but if I were I can fully understand why you would be angry. This whole outfit is a trap and you can see it is a set up as soon as you walk in. Some of the cars on the lot even had flat tyres. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray in the meeting rooms, if you can call them that. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is in terms of service, honesty or choice.
