They get there eventually.
Good interest rate but same as many others.
Very very slow.
Lack of communication.
"Lost" paperwork.
3rd party solicitor in another area, an added complication.
Lack of communication to the appointed Solicitor.
Lack of communication between branch and Mortgage centre.
Life policy opened by Natwest and money taken from account over a month before the mortgage was completed. (Was dealt with by insurers)
If you want a re-mortgage and you want it fairly quickly and straightforward, don't go to Natwest. SIMPLE. We will be changing after the first year of this re-mortgage.
I requested urgent copy of deeds as we have boundary problems. FOUR times in last two months. Still no joy. They informed me it must be sent to the branch and I need to give the name of an Employee there. Tried that. Still no joy. So the neighbour knocked the wall down anyway.
It seems their Mortgage centre have serious communication problems that they should sort out or lose many more customers in a very competitive market for mortgages.
