Makes great coffee without any mess

General Comments

I have owned my Gaggia titanium for about 14 months & was initially quite pleased with until it went wrong, then I found I had committed a mortal sin (as far as Gaggia UK was concerned) by purchasing it online from a company called Italy Outlet, who offered the machine, several hundred pounds cheaper than most UK stockists & offered it with a 2 year international warranty, when my machine broke down the first time the response from Gaggia UK was nothing short of hostile because it was purchased outside the UK, it took month upon month, phone call upon phone call to finally get a new water tank, now the thing has had to go back to Gaggia UK because it is leaking, which has cost me £50 pounds to be collected for repair & looks like its going to take at least a month to repair, as for their Italian counterparts, they cannot even be bothered to answer my e-mails regarding my concerns about the so called international warranty, I for one will never purchase a Gaggia product ever again.
