Nice web site
Bad Points
Salesmen will tell you anything to get your money, so watch out. I just signed up for a dedicated server. I got a written offer saying all these things. Then after I paid, it turned out the server and support was total different than that written in the email offer. For example, I was told in writing that the hdd was 160 gig. It turned out to be 80. When I complained, they said see the site as if the written offer didn't exist.
General Comments
Don't go near A Plus. You'll be sorry. If you do use them. Watch your bills, they will charge you for things you have never received. They charged me for a year for a backup service they never installed.
