General Comments
I lost 22 pounds in 2 1/2 months on the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K diet, eating Special K Red Berries 2x a day (any meal), 1 1/2 cups with 1% milk, also adding a piece of whole grain toast with 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (to fill you up more). I eat dinner before 7pm and walk 5 days a week, with 2-3 days of working out. Also only 1 cereal meal on the weekends. Weekends anything goes as long as it is in moderation and before 7pm. Whatever works for you. You just need to find it and this is my thing! It is definitely worth the 2 weeks to try.
