Really good cash-back deals available online with Cool New Mobile, but sketchy terms, hard to follow claim procedure. After an issue with a cash back claim, which ended up costing me £10 in admin fees, I took the time to write to mobile affiliates who own Cool New Mobile. Their response was down right rude and as unhelpful as the rest of their service.
I will never buy from them again. Try e2save.com instead. They are tried, tested and trusted. I've never had a problem with claiming cash back from them.
