Good Points

Handsome grip, good looks, powerful, accurate

Bad Points

Entirely plastic, too light, cheap feel and appearance of trigger, safety button is ridiculously cheap and ugly, hammer is odd shape, unreliable.

General Comments

I had this Crosman 1008 gun a number of years ago. Mine was silver with black handle. I bought it because the rotary clip design accepted pointed pellets so I could hunt small game with it. That I did and it worked well. However, I can not recommend this pistol because of its cheap construction and feel, also, when you can't remember how many rounds are left and you open the barrel to check, you may disturb the position of the magazine and either not fire a pellet next time or skip over the next pellet in line. Also, the single or double action is nice, but the hammer has an ugly shape to it that will surely disturb a discriminating consumer, but it is only obvious when cocked. If you just need a cheap pistol to kill rodents this is a great choice. If you want a ton of features and realism, keep looking.
