We had our Sky + digibox replaced 4 times with each one having a different fault. The last replacement broke down within an hour of the engineer replacing it, so I decided to cancel my Sky + account. It's a great idea in theory but in practise, it doesn't work. Either the hardware or the software (or both) is flawed. I got a Humax Freeview recorder and although it doesn't have as many channels, it is light years ahead of Sky + when it comes to reliability.
