The food was lovely!! Great selection for breakfast, and a good mixture for evening meals.
Rooms are clean and modern.
The entertainment is not the best. Good effort though!
Just got back from a weekend here! There were 4 of us in an interconnecting room. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was spotless.
When I arrived at Pontins in Blackpool on the Saturday evening, my 3 pals had been there already for 1 night, so they showed me round. The shower was a bit strange, as you pushed the button it seemed to time out and switch off after around 20 seconds, which was fine, but when you have soap running down your face it is not a good idea!!!!
There was an entertainer on, who was quite a good singer. We sat next to a couple with a child screaming, and they were just interested in their beer, completely ignoring the child, so we moved seats. Other than that, the weather was lovely and the camp was clean.
I will definitely be returning soon. It's good value for money, and you can easily get around by tram, or the Pontins bus that passes regularly!! Highly recommended for families, couples or friends who want good accommodation, with good food and close to the sand dunes!!
