None. Would have said easy to use, but if you never get any points redeemed, why bother. Equates to way less than 1%. Steer clear!
Lost points from my previous card.
Won't reply to emails or phone calls.
No-one answers their help desk, it rings indefinitely.
Total Tops Card changed the card from a Total Tops Gold card to a Tops card.com where you had to get your vouchers on the Internet. I did this and found that in changing cards they have removed a load of points that I had, ditto the review below.
I have tried complaining since Mar 2006, but without any single person taking responsibility. It is now September and no replies to my emails. Using this card is a total waste of time!
