General Comments
This is a well thought out, well built excellent piece of kit.



I'd read reviews on this in hi-fi mags and it really lives up to the hype. I wanted an ipod dock, but wasn't prepared to buy the others on the market, including the Apple offerings, as I don't consider them good value for what you got, in price or build quality.



The 2 main features are that this hooks straight up to your stereo through the amp, via the left and right audio/aux in and, it charges whilst playing/recharges when not.

One additional but striking feature of the Onko dock is the S-video socket to hook up to your TV for viewing photos and videos (obviously from iPod Photos and Videos).

If you own an Onkyo stereo with R1 capability, there's a R1 socket at the back of this dock that allows you to use your Onky remote to control the iPod. Now that's cool.

Damn and blast, I wish I'd bought one, but I suppose I'm happy with my Denon set-up!



I've compared this to other docks that friends have and this one tops the lot, both sound quality and feature wise.



If you're going to buy a dock, buy this one. Plug your iPod in and play.
