It looks great and is very compact. It makes a great noise when you open it and has a great slide function.
Bad Points
I mode does not work, nor does bluetooth.
General Comments
I think that this Samsung S400i is definitely the worst phone that I have ever had. I think that Samsung has gone backwards with this model, before BC in fact. I have had numerous problems with the functions on this phone. I don't understand why Samsung is still producing them. The phone company aren't interested in replacing it, still believing it's the best phone possible. After several months of nagging, I have finally got my way and I'm hoping that my new model will give me a bit more joy.
